This policy explains the privacy practices of reserone.com, operated by NFK Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. under the ReserOne brand. The Turkish version is authoritative for KVKK matters.
1. Scope
This policy covers the corporate/product website at reserone.com. Personal-data processing in the restaurant operations panel and guest reservation interface is subject to separate contracts and notices specific to the relevant service and customer relationship.
2. Information we process
When you only visit the site, limited technical records may be processed for server security. If you submit a contact or demo form, the identity, contact, business and request information you provide in that form is also processed.
No marketing-oriented visitor tracking takes place unless your analytics preference is enabled. Even where analytics is enabled, personal form information such as your name, email address, phone number or message content is not attached to analytics events.
3. Forms and communications
Information you provide through forms is used only to assess your request, communicate with you, provide demo or product information and conduct quotation or pre-contract discussions.
Form data is not used for advertising or unsolicited commercial electronic messages unrelated to your request.
4. Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics technologies are disabled by default. Analytics is activated only after you provide explicit consent through the cookie preferences interface and the required cross-border transfer conditions are satisfied.
When analytics is active, only statistical events and online identifiers used to understand site usage are processed. Personal contact details from forms are not sent in Google Analytics events.

Where necessary to fulfil your request, maintain information security, comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights, data may be shared on a limited basis with authorised employees, information-technology suppliers, advisers and competent public authorities.
Personal data is not sold or rented for advertising purposes.
6. Security and data minimisation
The marketing website does not provide user accounts, password storage, payment processing or file upload functionality.
Forms are transmitted over HTTPS and protected by server-side validation, abuse prevention and rate limiting. We aim to avoid collecting unnecessary personal data and to keep processing limited to the stated purposes.
7. Retention and your rights
Technical records are normally retained for no longer than 6 months, while contact and demo requests that do not develop into a commercial relationship are retained for no longer than 2 years from the last communication. Records that become part of a commercial relationship are subject to applicable statutory retention periods.
