Waitlist
Don’t lose the guest whose table isn’t ready yet
At peak hours, keep the guests waiting at the door in one orderly queue, see how long they have waited and seat the right guest when a table frees up.
Follow the guests waiting at peak hours, and how long they have waited, in one list.
Who arrived when, how many, which table would suit them — when that lives in the team’s memory, the order slips. ReserOne puts everyone waiting in one queue the whole team can see.
Waiting guests apart from reservations
The waitlist does not crowd the reservation list; it runs in its own queue.
Who has waited how long
Waiting time is in front of the team, so nobody is forgotten.
The right party for the right table
Party size sits in the queue; when a table frees up the matching guest is picked at once.
From the queue to the table
When a table frees up, pick the guest from the queue and seat them; the queue moves on by itself.
Running the queue at peak hours
The team adds a guest with a name and party size. When a table frees up, the next suitable guest is picked and seated, and the queue moves on by itself.
- Guest name, party size, waiting time

Frequently asked questions
Is the waitlist the same as a reservation awaiting confirmation?
No. A reservation awaiting confirmation is for a later date; the waitlist is for guests waiting for a table right now.
How do we seat a guest from the waitlist?
When a table frees up you pick them from the queue and seat them. We show you the flow on your own service during the demo.
