This policy explains the cookies and browser-storage technologies used on reserone.com, their purposes and how you can manage your preferences. The Turkish version is authoritative for KVKK matters.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files that may be stored on a browser or device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage.
2. Strictly necessary preference record
The key reserone.consent.v1 is stored in your browser’s localStorage to remember your cookie and analytics choice. It is not used for analytics or advertising and is treated as valid for no longer than 180 days from the decision date, after which your preference is requested again.
Language selection is URL-based; no separate cookie or localStorage record is used to remember language.
3. Source/attribution record
If you enable analytics, the first landing page, referring address and any UTM campaign parameters may be kept in sessionStorage under the key reserone.landing.v1 for the duration of the current browser session only. This record is not created if analytics is not enabled.
4. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is activated only where you have explicitly consented to analytics and the required cross-border transfer mechanism under Article 9 of the KVKK is in place. If either condition is missing, the Google tag is not loaded and analytics cookies are not created.
When active, Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Under Google’s default configuration these cookies may last for up to 2 years, although browser restrictions may apply a shorter lifetime.
Analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number or free-text form message.
5. Changing your preference
You can change your analytics preference at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.
You can also delete or block existing cookies and site data through your browser settings.
